Pulled pork with homemade fries, along with juicy pork chops

I decided to make a pork roast, and put it in a slow cooker to let it cook for the day. As long as I was cooking that, I decided to try it out with pork chops as well. Now I have never been a fan of pork chops, as i've always found them to be too dry for my liking, so I gave it a shot.

Pork Roast:
This should take about 5 hours in the slow cooker. A pork roast is very tender to begin with, but I put in some of my favorite ingredients, just to keep everything moist and to give it that extra flavoring.
In the pot I combined:
1 can of your favorite beer.
About 1/4 cup of olive oil
About 1 tbsp of salt
about 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of Italian salad dressing
1 cup of your favorite marinating sauce, or even bbq sauce

Now I just let this sit in the slow cooker for about 5 hours on low to medium heat if you have around a 1lb-1.5lb roast, turning it about every 1 hour. With about 2 hours left in the cooking, I put my pork chops in. You wont need to add anything extra. The pork chops came out really juicy, so juicy I didn't even add any sauce.

Anyways, once everything is done cooking, I set the pork chops to the side, and i dumped the juices from the cock pot out. I then took the pork roast, along with 2 forks and i started shredding it. Once I was done pulling it apart, I put it back into the slow cooker for about 15 minutes and I added my favorite bbq sauce. I then put the pulled pork on 2 slices of bread and ate it. Pretty delicious

Homemade fries-
You will want to start these with about 2 hours left in the pork roast cooking.

Ingredients:
8 Large potatoes
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp rosemary
1/2tbsp pepper
1/5 cup olive oil
nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp Garlic powder or salt

For this recipe I took about 8 large potatoes and cleaned them really well, and left the skin on. Next, cut the potatoes into slices and put them all in a big freezer bag. Add enough oil to coat the potatoes, and then add all the other ingredients to the bag. Close the bag and shake well so all potatoes are coated. Play around with the ingredients if you need to. Now, just let the bag sit in the fridge or on the counter for about 1 hour. With about 30 minutes left to the roast cooking, preheat the over to about 350. Once the oven is preheated go ahead and put the fries in the over. Make sure you spray your cookie sheet first with the nonstick cooking spray. I forgot to this and had a little problem. These were excellent and went well with my pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy!!!
