Grilled Pork Spare Ribs

For this full rack of pork spare ribs I will be using both a dry rub and liquids.

I decided to make a pork roast, and put it in a slow cooker to let it cook for the day. As long as I was cooking that, I decided to try it out with pork chops as well. Now I have never been a fan of pork chops, as i've always found them to be too dry for my liking, so I gave it a shot.
