About myself:
My name is Massimiliano Giordano. I'm 22. I was born in Turin,
Italy. I studied in a cookery institute in Turin and I have worked as a cook since I was16. I worked in a few restaurants in the North Italy but especially in the
Aosta Valley which i consider my second home. After school at the age of 19
I went to england for two years where i worked a lot and learned a lot as
well. England has been the best experience of my cooking career. After England I
kept traveling for a year to North Italy since. In April I founded a brand new
restaurant in the city where i live, Turin, where i work as Head chef at INGROSSO & MINUTO.
