Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is a very easy process, and the outcome is great!


1.  Start by cleaning your pumpkin seeds
2.  Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. 
3.  Toss your seeds with butter, or oil
4.  Coat your seeds with salt
5.  Bake for an hour, turning about every 10-15 minutes.  

If you would like your seeds extra salty you can soak them for a night in a salty water solution, and allow them to dry for a day or so.

YUM! I have two very large pumpkins waiting to be carved and have their seeds toasted. I can't wait, thanks for sharing. Very cute picture :-)
