8-Minute Strawberry Cheesecake




Ingredients: 
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cup non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 pint strawberry, hulled and sliced

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until softened; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Gently fold in non-dairy whipped topping, blending well.

Spoon into prepared graham cracker crust and chill. Garnish with sliced strawberries.


Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter or margarine . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool before filling.
