Homemade Parmesan and Rosemary Fries


  • 5  potatoes
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tsp rosemary


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut potatoes into slices.  Put the fries into a zip lock bag along with the olive oil and shake until the potatoes are covered.
Put the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet that's been sprayed, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, and rosemary.  After about 25 minutes in the oven turn the fries and bake until golden brown.
