Italian Meatballs


Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Simply mix all of these ingredients in a large bowl.  If making spaghetti, form these into about 10 balls and put it in your spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes.
